YOUTH INTERCULTURAL PROJECT DETAILS

The Youth Intercultural Project provides free intercultural therapy and practical support for young people aged 13-25 from Islington, Barnet and Enfield.

We recognise that culture, identity, family relationships, migration experiences, discrimination, and social pressures can all affect a young person's mental health and wellbeing. Through intercultural therapy, young people can access a safe, confidential space to explore their experiences with a therapist who understands the importance of culture, language, identity, and belonging, as well as accessing practical support from our specialised Community Links & Social Justice Team, who can help with CV writing, school applications, housing, welfare benefits, employment and training.
