    • Emergency grants and discretionary housing payments if you’ve fled violence

    • Benefits checks (Universal Credit, Housing Benefit, Council Tax Reduction) and assistance with appeals or applications (Citizens Advice: citizensadvice.org.uk)

All enquiries are strictly confidential. We will not contact anyone without your permission.

How quickly can I get an appointment?
We aim to offer an initial appointment within two weeks of your first call. In cases of immediate risk, we can see you sooner.

Is there a cost for therapy?
Therapy is free for those on low income or experiencing severe financial hardship. Otherwise, we use a sliding-scale fee. We will discuss costs when you call us.

What languages do you offer?
We have therapists fluent in over 20 languages, including Arabic, Bengali, Farsi, Kurdish, Pashto, Polish, Portuguese, Punjabi, Somali, Spanish, Turkish and Urdu. If your language isn’t listed, please call us and we’ll arrange an interpreter if possible.
