Kaya's influential presence in Islington's political and charity sectors has endowed her with invaluable experience. Having personally encountered instances of racism, she deeply understands the significance of cultivating safe and inclusive mental health support for all. In her current role as the Leader of the Council, she has made it her steadfast mission to enhance the well-being of Islington's inhabitants, with a particular focus on empowering young people and vulnerable communities. Throughout her visit, Kaya displayed a genuine curiosity about Nafsiyat's evolution and a sincere desire to comprehend the current challenges we face.
