We currently offer intercultural therapy to people living in the London boroughs of Camden, Islington, Enfield and Haringey. This therapy is short-term only, but available at no charge.
To access this therapy, you need either to be referred to us, for example by your GP, or you can apply to refer yourself.
To apply to us directly, you will need to be registered with a GP and aged 18 or over.
If you would like to apply to us for therapy please check if we are accepting referrals in your area (see the service status below) and then fill in the form below. Or you can download the referral form below, fill it in and send to us.
Please be aware that, while we are committed to helping as many people as possible who require our services, our therapists and appointment times can sometimes get booked up, meaning that we may then be unable to take on any new clients. If this should happen, we will be happy to put you in touch with other organisations who may be able to help you.
If you have any queries, please get in touch via our contact page.

For people registered with a Camden GP, Nafsiyat will now only directly accept self-referrals. If you would like to refer yourself to Nafsiyat, please use the ‘Refer to Nafsiyat’ online form below, or download the Self-Referral Form and email it to Nafsiyat. All other referrals (from GPs, voluntary sector organisations, other healthcare professionals) will be triaged by the iCope service. Please use the iCope referral form and email it to cim-tr.icopecamden@nhs.net. If the referral is appropriate for Nafsiyat, please indicate this clearly in the ‘reasons for referral’ section.
