Anna Chait is a psychodynamic intercultural therapist. She is a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). Anna holds a diploma in integrative counselling as well as an Msc in psychodynamic counselling and psychotherapy. Her experience includes working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and heritages, dealing with a range of issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, bereavement, domestic violence, sexual abuse, issues of exclusion, marginalisation as well as issues regarding identity.
Alongside her work at Nafsiyat Anna also has experience within the NHS secondary care community mental health service, working with complex mental health conditions as well as running her own private therapy practice.
